Entdecken Sie den echten und einzigartigen Geschmack Lapplands in unserem Kiela-Restaurant. Auf der Speisekarte stehen leckere Interpretationen von Rentier, Fisch, Frühjahrslorchel und lappländischem Ofenkäse. Unsere Küche bietet den traditionellen Geschmack Lapplands mit einem modernen Twist.
Die französische gastronomische Vereinigung Chaîne des Rôtisseurs hat das „Kiela“ im Jahre 2008 mit ihrem Schild als Anerkennung für die Qualität der Speisen und des Services geehrt. Die Rôtisseurs fördern insbesondere regionale Esskultur und nationale Küche.
Menu
Die Beeren, Pilze und das Brot stammen aus Salla. Rentierfleisch kommt natürlich aus Lappland, genauso wie der Bär (diese Rarität ist angebotsabhängig und nicht immer erhältlich). Unser Fisch wird in den klaren Gewässern des Nordens gefangen.
